The 3rd Annual North Dakota Vietnam Veterans Day was held on March 29, 2014 in Minot. The event was held at the LaQuinta Inns & Suites, 1605 35th Avenue SW from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Activities held in and outdoors included live music and refreshments,TAPS by Steve Veikley, ceremonial flag burning and balloon release. This event was hosted by the Minot Vet Center. The American Legion Post #26 of Minot conducted the Flag Burning Ceremony.
