Minutes of the Board of Ward County Commissioners

November 30, 2010

 

 

The special meeting of the Ward County Commission to do Department Head Evaluations was called to order by Chairman Christianson at 8:30 a.m., with Comms. Fjeldahl, Gruenberg, Erickson & Nybakken.  

 

Motion by Comm. Erickson, seconded by Comm. Fjeldahl to approve the agenda.  Roll call: all voted yes; motion carried.

 

The Commissioners proceeded with the evaluations: Building Supervisor, Ron Overly; Recorder, Sheila Dalen; Veterans Service Officer, Dale Braun; Emergency Management Coordinator, Al Reynolds; Superintendent of Schools, Jodi Johnson;  Juvenile Detention Administrator, Allison Hughes; Auditor/Treasurer, Devra Smestad; Highway Engineer, Dana Larsen.

 

At 11:31a.m., with no further business, it was moved by Comm. Erickson, seconded by Comm. Nybakken to adjourn the meeting sine die.  Roll call vote: all voted yes; motion carried.
