Special Meeting

October 28, 2010

The special meeting of the Ward County Commission was called to order by Chairman Christianson at 12:04 p.m., with Comms. Fjeldahl, Gruenberg, Erickson & Nybakken present.  Also present were Auditor/Treasurer Devra Smestad, Engineer Dana Larsen, and State’s Attorney Roza Larson.

 

Chairman Christianson stated the purpose of the special meeting was to provide a decision for the special use permit for Hunter’s Den that ended in a tie at the regular meeting on October 19^th, 2010. Due to the tie, the item is deferred to the next meeting of the Commissioners.

 

Moved by Comm. Nybakken, seconded by Comm. Erickson to approve the special use permit for Hunter’s Den. There was brief discussion. Roll call: Comm. Nybakken, Erickson, and Christianson voted yes; Comm. Fjeldahl and Gruenberg voted no. Motion carried.

 

At 12:13 p.m., with no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
