Minutes of the Board of Ward County Commissioners

November 16, 2011

 

      The special meeting of the Ward County Commission to do Department Head Evaluations was called to order by Chairman Gruenberg at 8:04 a.m., with Comms. Fjeldahl, Christianson, Erickson & Nybakken present.

 

      Due to the special meeting called on November 29, 2011, Auditor/Treasurer Devra Smestad asked to amend the agenda to have a simple adjournment for today’s meeting.

 

      Motion by Comm. Nybakken, seconded by Comm. Erickson to approve the agenda as amended.  All voted yes; motion carried.

 

      The Commissioners proceeded with the evaluations: Building Supervisor Ron Overly; Recorder Betty Braun; Veterans Service Officer Dale Braun; Emergency Management Coordinator Amanda Schooling; Superintendent of Schools Jodi Johnson;  Highway Engineer Dana Larsen; and Auditor/Treasurer Devra Smestad.

 

       At 10:30 a.m., with no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
