Minutes of the Board of Ward County Commissioners

October 12, 2012

 

The regular meeting of the Ward County Commission was called to order by Chairman Fjeldahl at 9:00 a.m. with Comms. Gruenberg, Erickson, and Nybakken present.  Also present was Comm. Christianson via phone as well as Highway Engineer Dana Larsen, Emergency Manager Amanda Schooling, and Auditor/Treasurer Devra Smestad.

 

Moved by Comm. Gruenberg; seconded by Comm. Erickson to authorize the Chairman to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Water Resource Board in regards to the Puppy Dog Coulee application to the Hazard Mitigation Grant Funds.  Authorization would approve for the Financial Assistance Form, Project Conditions and Assurances Form, Letter of Maintenance, and Letter of Funding Commitment.  Roll call: all voted yes; motion carried.

 

At 9:07 a.m., with no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
