Marriage Ceremonies

WEDDINGS SET BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

***Marriage Licenses Must Be Used Within 60 Days From the Date Issued***

Sheila Dalen, the Ward County Recorder, may perform wedding ceremonies. The County charges a $30.00

fee when ceremonies are conducted during business hours; otherwise the County Recorder sets the fee at

her discretion. The number is 857-6410.

District Court Judges may also perform wedding ceremonies. There is no charge for wedding performed

during business hours; after hours fees are set by the individual judge.

NOTE THAT JUDGES NEED AT LEAST ONE WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE OF A DESIRED WEDDING DATE Weddings may be scheduled by calling the following numbers:
