Welcome
ND County Recorders win National Award July 2010
ND County Recorders entered their informational website NDRIN in the Land Records Best Practices division at the National Conference for County Recorders. NDRIN Chairman Sheila Dalen says “Our Association is thrilled to have been awarded the Land Records Best Practice Award this year in Reno at the annual National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials & Clerks (NACRC) conference. Recorders have put many hours into developing the North Dakota Recorders Information Network (NDRIN) and are truly proud of what we have achieved. Being recognized at the National level is truly an honor”. The Best Practice Awards are given to counties and states who have implemented outstanding programs or processes which aid our local constituents and County Government.

These records have previously been available only through books and microfilm in the Recorder’s Offices at the county courthouses. The service allows users to log onto the web-site to search and print records, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the counties publishing data to the network.
