School District Annexation

An annexation is the process of redefining the school district line into a new school district. Your first step in the process is to contact the Superintendent of School's Office and seek assistance in completing the Annexation Petition.

The Superintendent of Schools will then complete the following forms with information provided by the schools for the formal meeting held at the courthouse.

The Ward County Reorganization Committee will then vote on whether to pass or deny the petition.
