The appraisal process is administered on properties which are located outside the city limits. Appraisals are done on every property so the property owners are taxed fairly and equally.
With the help of a mass appraisal software program we can arrive at a fair estimate of a true and full value.
Every ten years these properties are inspected by our appraisal staff.
Property exemptions are determined according to the state laws.
The administration of Manufactured Homes taxes according to the North Dakota Century Codes.
Answer assessment questions and administer the Zoning Ordinances in Ward County.
Issue building permits and final inspections that are located past the two-mile city limits are set up through this office.
The plat approval process is started in this office.
