2. Special Use Permit cost--$200.00
a. Land use not provided for in the zoning requirements of District 2 may be considered for a Special Use Permit.
b. Published in the newspaper minimum 10 days prior to date of Planning Commission meeting.
c. Notice to adjoining property owners, Water Resource Board and Township Board.
d. Final decision - County Commission
3. Moving Permit--$150.00
a. Published in newspaper a minimum 10 days prior to date of County Commission meeting.
b. Notices to adjoining property owners.
c. Final decision by the County Commission.
4. Variance Request Cost--$100.00
a. Published in newspaper 10 days prior to Planning Commission meeting.
b. Notices to adjoining property owners.
c. Public Hearing before Planning Commission, final approval by County Commission.
5. Plat Application and Preliminary Plat Application cost
i. 1-25 lots-------$50.00 per lot
ii. 25-50 lots-----$75.00 per lot
iii. over 50 lots---$100.00 per lot
a. Recommended approval of plats by Planning Commission.
b. Copies of plat are sent to Water Resource Board, Township Board, North Prairie Rural Water District and First District Health Unit for their recommendations.
c. Final approval by County Commission.
