Ward County Zoning Ordinance

Ward County's Zoning Ordinances are made up of four different Zoning Resolutions.

Zoning District 1 regulates the land use surrounding Minot Air Force Base.

Zoning District 2 regulates the land use within the rural areas of the County and is known as the "Rural Zone".

Zoning District 4 regulates the land use within the Souris River Floodplain.

Zoning District 6 regulates the land use surrounding Cities.

All four are contained within a single document. Each district boundary is shown within the Zoning District Map.
