American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Ward County has received a total of $13,138,417 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the federal government. These funds can be used for a variety of purposes which are outlined in detail in the Final Rule published by the US Treasury.

Entities that have been approved ARPA funds by Ward County must complete the Payment Request Form once their project is complete and/or when requesting partial payments on large projects.

Prior to any funds being distributed, an active SAM.gov unique entity identification (UEI) number is required. There is no charge to obtain a UEI. Applicants and their contractors are encouraged to make sure they are going through SAM.gov.
