Board Openings Application Deadline

The Ward County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications from citizens to serve on the following: One 1-year term on the All Seasons Arena Commission, two 5-year terms on the Minot City Planning Committee, three 4-year terms on the Ward County Soil Committee, two 3-year terms on the Ward County Water Resource Board (applicants must be landowners in Ward County), and two 4-year terms on the Ward County Weed Board (one for area 1 and one for area 4). The Minot City Planning Commission applicants must reside within the two-mile extra-territorial jurisdiction and all other positions are open to Ward County residents. Deadline to apply is Friday, November 5 at 4:30 p.m. Applications may be picked up at the Ward County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office, 225 3rd St SE, Minot, or on the County website at www.wardnd.com.
